2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

3. Lead Vaulting and Security Architecture

All programmatic and human lead records are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards within our secure lead repository[cite: 1, 2]. We do not sell, rent, or lease lead data to third parties. Ingestion payloads are sanitized at edge ingress to prevent prompt injection and unauthorized cross-context leakage.

4. Agent-to-Agent (A2A) & Conversational Context Retention

When an answer engine or client LLM delivers conversation context via ALP, that data is retained strictly for the duration required to qualify the request and provide appropriate strategy recommendations[cite: 1, 2]. We do not use ingested proprietary client context to train public baseline machine learning models.
