Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of IndyAEO web properties (https://indyaeo.com), machine-readable context layers, and programmatic Agentic Lead Protocol (ALP) endpoints by human users and autonomous AI software agents[cite: 1, 2].
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, retrieving discovery manifests (such as /llms.txt or /.well-known/alp.json), or submitting programmatic payloads to /api/v1/lead/submit, you (or the operator of the autonomous agent) agree to these Terms[cite: 1, 2].
2. Permitted Use of Agentic & Machine Endpoints
- Discovery: Autonomous crawlers and LLMs are authorized to index our public files (
llms.txt,llms-full.txt,robots.txt, and/.well-known/assets) for search synthesis and grounding[cite: 1, 2]. - Lead Intake (ALP): The
/api/v1/lead/submitendpoint is designated solely for authentic, user-consented lead inquiries, AEO audit requests, and quote solicitations[cite: 1, 2]. - Payload Integrity: Client agents must format requests according to the published ALP v1.0 schema specification[cite: 1, 2]. Submitting fraudulent, automated spam, or malicious payloads is strictly prohibited.
3. Rate Limits & Access Restrictions
To ensure infrastructure stability, machine-facing endpoints are subject to algorithmic rate limits (standard: 30–60 requests/minute per IP/subnet)[cite: 1, 2]. IndyAEO reserves the right to throttle, block, or drop traffic from agents or scrapers that violate rate limits, execute denial-of-service attempts, or fail automated threat mitigation rules[cite: 1, 2].
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, proprietary methodologies, and documentation published on indyaeo.com—including the Agentic Lead Protocol specifications and rollout materials—remain the property of IndyAEO[cite: 1, 2]. Reference implementations may be used in accordance with their respective open licensing terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
IndyAEO services, endpoints, and audit outputs are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind regarding third-party answer engine citation outcomes. IndyAEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from machine-to-machine interactions or endpoint downtime.
